Developed Markets
Given the shift in investment dynamics between Europe and Asia, we are increasingly seeing investments from the old emerging economies into developed markets as part of opportunistic investing given current economic climates, and strong sentiment in the long-term benefits of capitalizing on depreciated foreign exchange and economic situations, mainly in acquisitions and platform building.
Our expertise provides opportunities for acquisitions, development, and investing in high-income markets, where many of the LPs we have been working with are predominantly from Asia. Our expertise in renewable energy, urban regeneration, sustainable infrastructure, healthcare and commercial development have opened opportunities in this interesting phase of economic cycle, in particular for renewable energy and commercial real estate.
